UAB bank employees issue

The UAB Bank Employees who is in Head Office. The lady is arrogant and has very bad manners on customer (အရမ်းရိုင်းပါတယ်).
We decided never ever use the UAB bank service and UAB pay service at all. And then, i’ve shared the info to all of my friends and my relatives. The UAB bank service is awful. 👎👎👎👎

It is not easy even if you transfer from UAB bank account to UAB pay take a lot of time, and sometime it just lost. Xd
And after contact to CS, they will contact within 7~10 days. 🤔
Question is should I really need to wait for transfer your own UAB account to UAB pay?
