App is really good for making appointments. But the fact that we can’t cancel appointments the day of for whatever reasons really makes this app a 3/5. For instance if I have a hair appointment today I can’t cancel it due to ____, which holds the slot at the salon. Should be able to cancel at anytime I want. Update the app and I’ll change my rating. Deleted the app after several attempts to change passwords, emails, contacting help center. Absolutely one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the displeasure using. Will no longer use after this experience

Βρισκεις τα πάντα αλλά πρέπει να προπληρώνεις και αν κάτι τύχει και ακυρώσεις δεν παίρνεις τα χρήματα σου σα χρήματα αλλά για μα τα χρησιμοποιήσεις σε μελλοντική υπηρεσία που δεν είναι πολύ καλό, επισης κολλάει πολύ έχω αναγκαστεί να το διαγράψω και να το κατεβάσω ξανά, και δυστυχώς κολλάει στη διαδικασία της πληρωμής όπου δεν ξέρεις αν σε έχει χρεώσει η όχι

Easy & convenient
I use this app to book with my usual barber. It helps me keep track of when I've gone in the past (so I can remember when I'm due), who I saw, and it shows all of their availability. It also sends me reminders so I don't forget. It's especially helpful for booking when you move to a new country and don't yet know the language well enough to feel comfortable calling to book the appointment.

I booked an appointment for a date by mistake and there is no way to cancel or alter on the app! Feels like a way to trap you into a booking. Fix that ASAP. I need the flexibility and that’s why I download an app. What’s the point if I have to call the salon either way?
