Can’t update, can’t use app
Thanks to the lovely update, I can no longer use the UBay banking app.
App doesn’t work
Apparently I cannot update because I have an older iPhone. Won’t go back to original app just sends me to App Store which takes you through the same cycle. I’ve tried everything even calling Ubccu. Please fix this!!!
UBay
This new app is a bad move. I hate it! It’s not user friendly like the old app. Please switch back! I hate it even more at this point! I can’t access my account info because it wants me to update for security! It sends me to the App Store which in return doesn’t have an update it just says open! When I hit open it takes me back to the app which then does not allow me to open without the update! Vicious cycle of getting nowhere & have bills to pay!!!!🤬

Transfer Money
I left my atm card in the atm. I’m try to transfer money into my personal checking account but I can’t for some reason.
Opened new accounts
App is down not a good start not sure how often that happens we will see what the future holds

Fast and easy to use. Very friendly customer support when encountering an issue too.
Hate the mobile app
I absolutely hate the “updated” mobile app. It’s not nearly as customer friendly as the previous mobile app. Way to go backwards!
Updated App Difficult To Use
Bring back the running balance please. Some changes are good but not in this situation.
Not a fan
I can’t get my accounts to show or make a payment! This new app is terrible, makes me want to just close my accounts an go somewhere that has an app I can use!!!

I hate it, every time I get on I have to reapply

I hate this new app. Old app was straight and clear and easy to access. This is more complicated and harder to see what is needed. Switch back!
