Uberサポートにお客様対応をして欲しいと言い伝えて欲しいことも伝えてくれると言ったのにお客様にはメッセージでの対応、おまけに伝えて欲しいことはちゃんと伝えず、
お客様から店舗に直接電話でのクレーム対応が大変でした。
お電話にて伝えれないというのを今回初めて聞きました。何回も対応してもらってるのにおかしくないですか？メッセージでの対応させてもらいます。を毎回言うべき。

何回か対応がちょっと納得いかないものがあっても最後の電話の評価は5にしてたけど今回はもう耐えれない程の対応でした。

The customer service is suck
My restaurant account was locked for no reason after my vacation.I called customer service like 4 times and they keep saying a special team will email me to solve the problem. But the team take long time to respond. Now 4days past.

全体的に良いが一つだけ..
他社に比べ使い勝手が良い。ただ一つだけ改善してほしいのが、売り切れ時に一つずつ押すのが大変。ご飯もの売り切れみたいに項目で一気にできたらありがたい。

They are constantly doing every update but what the stores want. Now they took away menu section on the app so can’t mark things out of stock from my phone
Why can’t merchants mark an order as picked up by driver?
Why can’t merchants mark an order as picked up by driver? Everyday we deal with having to ask drivers to be sure to complete their pick up to prevent theft, leading to confrontations and even altercations sometimes, and it still happens sometimes with certain drivers pretending to have marked the order as picked up, all because Uber can’t give merchants the ability to mark their order as being picked up from the store. DoorDash added it, so could you guys.
