Can’t cancel
What a bunch of aholes, I have been trying to cancel my subscription,it’s impossible. I called and they hang up on me.

Customer service is horrible. They closed my store . Doordash and grubhub finished my ownership change in couple days and they didn’t close store. Ubereats; 3 months and they closed my store 24 hours for changing ownership!! Horrible service! You guys can’t make money from %30 of all restaurants??

worst app or lets say worst company, have to wait 2-3 hours long for customer service phone call to be picked up and can not even fix the problem.

Don’t waste your time
Uber support has been a disgrace and joke to deal with. I have a restaurant account for Uber Eats and logged into the account on my phone and they blocked my device for supposedly having multiple uber accounts. They keep giving scripted responses and have no one you can talk to over the phone. They keep saying to use ANOTHER device. Sorry to tell you I only have one phone. WASTE OF TIME. Going with Lyft and using DoorDash and Rubin for my restaurant going forward.

I placed an order on the app, but the app entered the wrong delivery address and delivered it to the wrong place – it was a Seven Eleven in Florida. I tried to contact the delivery driver, but he didn't respond to my messages and left the delivery at the wrong address. I lost my money and the food. I contacted support but without success. Just a terrible company that doesn’t even attempt to be helpful. I attempted request contactless delivery. There was no option for it at the initial checkout. So I added it in the special requests section. After completing the order instead of it being contactless it required me to meet the delivery individual and provide a pin that Uber Eats provided. Fun part is the one they gave me was incorrect. Not to mention I reached out to “support” more than once requesting they changed the pin requirement so it could be contactless. Scripted responses only with zero attempt to rectify the situation. Support chat was closed within 10 seconds if I didn’t respond. Regardless of the fact that the issue I presented wasn’t even addressed let alone resolved.

Muy mala app a comparación de DoorDash me gusta más DoorDash es mal fácil de usar y para asistencia o soporte es más efectiva otras aplicaciones y no tienes asistencia en español y en inglés es muy mal servicio 👎

Can’t log in it says my email is invalid but it won’t let me change it and customer support was not supportive at all

注文のキャンセルや急な品切れによる値段の調整をさせないようにしています。お客様に連絡がつかなければカスタマーに連絡するしかないですがこれもつながらないAIチャットは意味不明な返答。確実に在庫のある商品しか売れなくなってしまいますね。せめて商品の在庫があと何個か表示させてくれればいいんですけどね。
