Pump not authorized

I tried refraining from writing this review without contacting support first however support is like non-existent. the website does not work and no one by the gas station knows how to work with this app.It seems as if this version of Ubisoft does not work correctly on this particular version of my phone OS. I keep getting pump not authorized. When I try adding the cards to another Ubisoft on android, everything works. I really wish they would have better support for this app.
