Wish I could give negative stars if there was one. Bought 3 items which consist makari products and upon arrival it was a totally different thing that was delivered. I don’t know how that happened and upon several complaints about a refund they refused to refund me. Use this app at your own risk!!!

Promised a week, waited a month
They promised delivery in a week, but I waited almost a month. No one warned me about the delay. Disappointed.

Poor, substandard quality control
First purchase, success. Second purchase of the same item “defective”. All 20+ of the items visually & physically defective. Items should be inspected prior to shipping to
customer. The issue would have been addressed internally between supplier and Ubuy. Instead, I a previously happy customer is now playing email tag ( arguing) with customer support. And they are telling me there is nothing they can do. Absolutely, unacceptable! Terrible

Terrible
Purchased a car part online, paying for the item and international shipment to my home. One month later the item had not left the UBuy warehouse. I complained, then they sent the item express delivery and I was expected to pay the additional shipment which was more expensive than the item. They accepted no responsibility and provided no solution even despite months of delay.
Appalling. I advise strongly against using this company for international purchasing.
