Terrible app, logs you out then won’t allow password
This is supposed to be a phone app, really simple and basic stuff and yet somehow the app makes everything difficult and complicated.
For instance, I miss a call from someone calling via the app. I click to call them back, but I’ve been logged out. Why have I been logged out? No idea, I clicked the save my password but it has logged me out anyway. I find the password, which of course has to be secure in this day and age, it’s stored in a secure password manager, I copy it, but the app specifically won’t allow you to paste a password in Why have they done this? Again making things difficult for what should be a very simple app.
I’m out and about, so I don’t have a piece of paper to write the password down so I can then re-type it into the app. Eventually I just send an email to that person asking them to call me. This app is app seems to go out of its way to make life harder. I wish I could change but I’m stuck with it as long as we use the phone service. We won’t be renewing when the contract is up.

Terrible
Started crashing in the last week so you can’t even make calls.
This app is functional, not intuitive
While this app works better then their Windows software. It’s far from good. The interface has no polish and the settings in a lot of cases don’t make any sense to the user so you end up doing the guess and check method to figure out what they are actually changing.
The worst app ever
App crashes constantly, no way to check voice mail. ALWAYS gives you some kind of error.

The previous app worked perfectly, well it did once I trawled through the AppStore to find the correct one. Then we received an email about the new app.
It won’t accept my password despite the desktop app working fine.
The company is a disgrace, even the support link on there emails takes you to a company which isn’t even them.

Rubbish
Absolutely rubbish provider waste of money. Do not subscribe to them go with another. System automatically logs you out that the password is not valid you have to contact the team to get it reset if you’re a business owner you will lose a lot of money using this service provider.And if there’s an emergency on the weekend you cannot use them as on Saturdays they close at 2 pm and on Sunday they completely closed. Absolutely regret using this but now I have to get all business cards changed and let all my suppliers know of a different number when I go with a different supplier waste of time waste of money.

URGENT IMPORTANT SMS option needs to back please
In previous orange version we have the option to send SMS to miss calls. But in this new version it’s not there. Can you please developers bring SMS option back to this new version so that customer can be contacted via SMS , it will save businesses their a lot of times. Rest new app is good though. Thankyou

Keeps Freezing
Good idea but needs fixing. App keeps crashing and doesn’t sync well with the handset.

I have had continuous problems with this app since day one.
The main issue is that it will not allow you to use the password you use on your desktop with the one on your app.

Can’t Paste Password?!
How is one supposed to follow password best practices with long passwords including symbols and whatnot if this app’s login prevents PASTE?
I use a password manager. Copy from password app to then paste into password field is how this works. But not an option here.

Please update for iOS13 support.
Doesn’t work well on iOS13, unable to access voicemails, call history, and various other parts of the app are buggy.
