I have two of them less than a year and a half. They’re both broken they don’t work anymore they keep turning on and off I tried everything to fix them and it’s nothing what they say.
This app is absolutely useless...
I have to agree that this app really blows. Andonstar recommends this app to use with their wifi microscope. I thought it was their app and when they were blaming the app for their microscope shortfalls, that they were blaming themselves. They had no business releasing a dependant product with this kind of horrible software support. Wow! Bad...

Return your camera if it uses this app
This app is terrible. It doesn’t do anything. You guys have made my camera essentially useless sonce I can’t see any of the videos using this app. Every time I go to click on anything it keeps telling me “this action is too frequent”. I have literally deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it does not let me do anything. Useless.

Very bad app
The app for this product is horrific.
App crashes. What’s the point then?
The app keeps on crashing. I needed to log in to show a police officer what happened to me and I was not able to. This is ridiculous. What’s the point then?

Hey guys, I’ve been having sooooo much trouble with this app that I came to read reviews to find suggestions on how to stop it from crashing. Someone just posted in the comments that there is a new app for our dash cam’s called RedTiger. My dash cam is a couple of years old and the RedTiger app worked on it just fine. The new app is also more user friendly. I just downloaded it and it works so much better than Ucam. I wish I knew about this sooner! Download it, hook up the Wi-Fi between your cam and phone, and Badda-bing, Badda-boom. Just wanted to let people know so that you don’t keep looking for answers. I have deleted Ucam from my phone and won’t be going back to that app.

App doesn’t open
I don’t even care about the long download wait times at this point, but the app isn’t even opening now. If you need to download a vid while you’re out on the road you’re pretty much toast, can only do it through the computer. What a waste.

Can’t even open the app anymore! Fraud! Got the camera as a gift for Christmas and can’t even see footage! Despicable and absolutely fraud.

Good luck getting the app to open even on a recent phone (iPhone 13) and it takes forever for video to transfer
App is the worst
I got the videos but never can get it out from the app:) . Like what is the point of getting this camera?! And it works only once or twice and took you forever to get the video out . Don’t buy.
Simple to use
Currently this app doesn’t seem to want to open… when it does it works fine… not sure why people are referencing editors to make this work, the content can be saved directly to your smart device and shared in all the conventional ways or remove the memory card and plug it in to your laptop.
App crashes 99.% of the time
If your lucky and I mean really really lucky when the app doesn’t crash “ every full moon” forget about pulling any video over to your phone, a 30 second clip of any video takes about an hour, most times it get to about 80% and crashes forcing you to rinse and repeat. You have to delete and reinstall the app every time you want to connect back to the camera, no support at all so your completely on your own, your better off getting a Walmart disposable camera and snapping photos as you drive, DO NOT GET THIS DASH CAM, you’ve been warned

Doesn’t work anymore
What’s going on? The app shuts down as soon as I open it. Am I seriously going to have to use my computer to download videos?!
