This app is buggy and jipped me of a coupon!

So, one of the major reasons I even considered downloading this app was for its coupon of 20% off a spirit item if presented in-store to the cashier. So, I grabbed a spirit shirt, brought it to the cashier, tapped the ‘activate now’ button, and then the offer disappeared in front of both myself and the cashier. Rather than acting like any other loyalty offer on any other app and presenting a barcode or QR code for the cashier to scan, my offer just disappeared and the cashier would not honor it. Very upset.
