My best network ever! I never regret to be part of the uConnect family. Since last year (2024) I never run out of airtime and data cause we get rewarded for playing Rewardle, Watching videos and Spinning the Wheel (on Sunday). Imagine getting free data for just having Fun on their App 🧡🧡🧡

Repeated Invalid Address
After taking a photo of your ID it keeps repeating that invalid address. So frustrating
My Amazing experience
I’m a customer of unlimited for almost 3 years and I have never had a problem with either their network, or any sim related matters until a couple of weeks ago where I was frustrated with their service. I blocked my sim and urgently needed a puk number to unblock and I couldn’t get ahold of them as they are basically have office working hours, so I was stuck the whole weekend without calls until Monday when I called.
Within days after this incident a lady from the unlimited, beautiful voice, very professional, The manager (completely forgot her name, my apologies)called to firstly apologies, hear how I was doing, she even asked if I was okay, she came up with a better solution... her personal email and contact details, that’s not all I was topped up with R100 airtime and R100 free airtime. This is the customer service we always long for and thanks to her I am never leaving The Unlimited network for anything.

App won't open
Hi Developers
The Unlimited has been really great for the +-2 years I have been using it - I rely on it.
Now since this new update (late October 2020), the app is unable to open on my iPhone 5s. When I click on the app, it opens and shows "THE UNLIMITED"
I have left it for 30min and nothing changed, so I cannot use the app anymore. Please fix this soon! I need data and airtime!
