UE Booms

Great sound bad batteries and customer response may as well been non existent, just lip service about there firmware and resetting the speakers do nothing, now that I have had there response I will definitely not buy any more of there speakers

Update1: dev response didn’t address my complaint. App needs to support 4 so we can link more than 2 speakers together.

Big miss for one of the most popular UE speakers. When will Wonderboom 4 be supported??

Idk if this is an app or speaker problem butttt

I know I’ve talked to customer support over this and they never fixed it. When taking a video connected to the speaker, the audio will completely cut out until you stop recording. Same with listening to any video. Hyperbooms lasted me almost 10 years tho I love it.

Don’t get why

I got a new iPhone 17 and I’m not sure if it’s the phone but my UE BOOM when I go to remotely start it it takes forever to connect to my phone. I don’t know why.

Seen some stuff speaker

I’ve had this speaker since COVID times & it has been through many, many adventures including deck dinners, yard parties, pontoon rides, tubing down the river, etc. It has been everything it says it is & more. The app is also great & super easy to use!
