Budget flow sheet

I greatly miss the budget flow sheet that was simple and clear from the old original app.

My experience!

I have been a member since 1978. I have enjoyed your services. I have done business by phone and also online. Every person that I have interacted with has always treated me like family. Thank you all for the service you have provided thru the years. Keep on doing what you do!

UECU

The slickest website I use.

Pleased

I am pleased with the bank’s platform and app. The customer service has been good, I have not experienced any troubleshooting issues, and the interface is user friendly. I just wish they offered a dark mode option, as I have eye sensitivity.

Better with a PIN Code

Great app but it would be better if we could enter a PIN instead of the password like we could when it was NEPA.

Mobile app

Me fascina es fácil de usar y siempre puedo revisar mis cuentas

New online banking stinks

New online banking is lousy, confusing and you have to flip through screens to do what you used to do on one.

Security

I love them when it comes to security your account is being monitored and awesome with financing !!

Love the new app!

Easy to use and visually pleasing!

Pro’s and Con’s

I’ve been a member for a few years now. The representatives that I’ve worked with along the way have always been a pleasure and a great asset. The App is easy to use and navigate as well and I love how you have the ability to add a widget to your Home Screen that gives you a quick glance of your balance.
The one big negative I’ve come across is the inability to see transactions that cause your balance to go negative. Let me explain….
I use this account to filter a couple of payments through. There have been a handful of times where I’ve accidentally chosen the account to pay for something but wouldn’t realize it until it was too late. I would view the balance through the widget and find I was negative. Logging in through the app to figure out what happened and all it would show is the $30 NSF fee(s), but doesn’t list the item that was rejected/cause of the overdraft. This information is needed so I know how much money to transfer to cover the transaction (because we all know the proprietor will try twice). It makes it difficult to verify that there truly weren’t sufficient funds either…with high fraud and how easy it is for that to happen, I feel it’s important for UECU to update the app that shows this information. Granted it is my fault when this happens, HOWEVER, I find that it’s dishonest business practice to not show the account owner a list those transactions…but will continue to charge NSF fees. Makes me wonder if they do this to generate more income for them. In today’s economy (don’t know about you but my company has suspended all merit increases) it’s hard to make ends meet. I recently was charged $120 in NSF because I didn’t know the amount of what was trying to clear/rejected. $120 might not seem like much for some, but it could mean trying to figure out if you’ll be able to make ends meet that week/month.
Again, I take responsibility for my complete idiocy of selecting the wrong bank account when setting up a payment, but considering we are human and these mistakes/errors happen. It would be considerate for a financial institution to allow complete transparency for an account owner when viewing their own transactions.

Difficult

I know more info is better, but this new version is so confusing and I have yet to be able to sign in to one of my other accounts that is not attached to my primary.

New App

No check withdrawal selection!

Best customer service ever !

I’ve been a customer for years now, and I could not be more pleased. I would never think of going any other place. Service representatives are polite and extremely helpful for anything that I need. As a customer I greatly appreciate you guys! Gene.D

New app is great!

So much nicer than the old app. Love the credit score addition!

No use of biometrics

How in 2022 do I not get to leverage my thumb or face to login. I have more passwords than I can count, for online banking for an auto loan it’s the last password I want to remember. Get it together.

Out of date

This app is out of date and way behind compared to other banking apps. Its only plus side is security. Outside of that you might as well just go to the web browser and just use the website because that’s all that ever happens when I use it. Needs to modernize the design and move away from the early 2000s design.

User Friendly

Easy app to use. Love the remote check deposit.

Crashes immediately

Just updated to the latest version that came out yesterday. App doesn't work at all! Crashes immediately upon opening. Too bad I can't give it less than one star. It doesn't deserve that.

SLOW

New mobile deposit feature is painfully slow. Took 5 minutes to deposit one check on a very high speed connection. Also somewhat odd the max check deposit is $1500 at a time.

No check deposit.

Seems ok so far, but no take a picture and deposit check. C'mon man...picture check deposit is a MUST.
