The app doesn’t have an option to cancel your order. They take your money and keep postponing the delivery date. Even in their FAQs they do not have the question and steps for order cancellation. Big time cheaters and looters of money in the name of selling organic products. Please do not download this app and loose your money. Their customer care email id mentioned in their app is invalid. I received delivery failure notification after sending a complaint mail.

Poor customer support
I ordered products 10 days ago. Not yet delivered. Food items need to be delivered within a short time period. And their customer service is really poor. It’s very hard to reach them.

Unreliable Shop
I ordered vegetables online for same-day delivery @9.00 am, but there was no response until late evening. When I called, around 9.30 pm I was told delivery would happen the next day. Refund requests were denied, and also advised few items are not available unnecessary items were pushed on me. This untrustworthy service is unacceptable. Don’t believe this seller.
