Apps problem
I’m unable to open the app as it keeps showing an internet connection error, even though my connection is working fine. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I also cannot log in through the website. Please look into this and fix the issue for a better user experience
TOOK SO LONG TO VERIFY CAR DETAILS
It’s so hard for me to set a car service appointment. The service centres refuse to answer phone calls that urge me to book via app. But the app to SOOOOOOOO LONGGGGG to approve my car details despite providing all information required. Why push us to book via app while the app doesn’t effectively work?? There’s no status update and no reachable support. I was regularly service my car with Perodua and these booking issues is so disappointing.

No update/upgrade with the phone number usage
Last time i used Ufirst was in 2023 and there was a problem to use it as they will ask for a “security update” and requires users to update to a new number to get the TAC. If the user only has one number how do they “update a new number” just to get the TAC? Fast forward to this year, 2026, still having the same issue. New login, changed password from the temporary one. And the same “security update” pops up and requires me to insert a new number for a TAC. And of course can’t do that because i only have one number! Very frustrating. After all these years, the system seems to still be as lousy and worse, it’s the only app to use for Perodua. Unified system but really bad UI, really bad integration 👎🏽

CONFUSING AND HARD TO USE
Why cant i change the name i have mistakenly put at first, i did “delete account” but nothing change??? Why there is no step to follow? Do i need to figure out everything by myself, then logik la i did mistake. If i login from the owner phone that “the car is owned” and if i login from the daughter phone “im the driver” ? Lepastu had to submit geran, then after sumbit geran, submit what else? why cant it be proceed?? SO COMFUSING SO LAME AND SO DIFFICULT TO USE! How can i book the session!!!! I want to go somewhere else urgently la haiya!

Greatttttttt, easy to use and very convenient too! Please buy perodua product because the service is very good and affordable too! Everytime my appointment is full, the staff will call and defer to a new date. Everything is smooth! The staffs at Bachang, Melaka is soooo nice too.

Useless app which are not compatible for service appointments
The app is not been giving updates for months where its not compatible and working well on new phones/ new OS supported. Please make some good improvement on updates so that make the user experience better for service appointments and etc. Apps is made for convenient to reduce the human errors and ensure things in order for user’s therefore the application should be in update according to the OS. Please and hoping better improvements in chat bots/ chatting with customers service as well in the application it self rather going into another social media or email contact point which is not efficient. Thank you and hope this feedback will make some changes for users experiencing the same as me

I can’t book an appointment
I have been using this app for awhile and it had never given me any headaches. But last appointment, I didn’t realise it clashes with my business trip in Penang and since I had no one to go in my stead I have no choice but to cancel the appointment. But till now I am unable to book another appointment.

3. Appointment reminder/alert within the app
4. Allow changes being made for appointment before 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Any changes made within this time frame, customer should call to call center for new appointment schedule.
5. This app should shows history of car servicing and related. ✅
6. [NEW] This app should provide real-time servicing status for customers ‼️

App full of issues & not user-friendly
Cancelling e-appointments is difficult, had to call customer service and wait 15-20 minutes. When they checked, they said it was cancelled, but it's still showing in the app. Then I had to contact the service center via WhatsApp because the app is down.
Full of glitches, not user-friendly, and even spelling errors. If I still need to book manually, what's the point of the app? Hope the developers can improve it since many people are using it.

Booking e-appoinment
I can’t book an e-appointment. Trying to select all the dates but it appears as “We’re sorry, the system is unable to process the e-appointment request”.

The Perfect App to Make Life Inconvenient
Every date I tried to book marked as full and the dates that are not have no time slot available. Maybe developer can do something to mark the unavailable dates red so people can see and not wasting time to click every single date. This app was supposed to make things easier.

Unable to book e-appointment
Almost a month i tried to request for periodical service but unable. Called the service centre, they said to book 3/9 onwards. Ive retried to book, but still unable. Please fix this
Bad apps
Apps teruk ! Try nak set appointment since bulan july. Tapi apps asyik crash, suruh log in, suruh update etc. Now dah boleh buka, dah choose date and time nak set appointment, tiba2 “we’re sorry, the system unable to process the e-appointment request”. Habis tu apa guna apps ni ? Penat dah nak try set appointment. Macam2 masalah
