Tried to download multiple times and it just gets stuck spinning and spinning. Not dependable and not user friendly

Useless app

PCR Test in Rome!

I don’t know how this app is supposed to work, but for tourists in Rome you can use it to book a PCR or antigen test for travel and it works really well. I showed up ten minutes before my appointment, paid and was tested immediately. My test was scheduled for 13:00 and I was finished by 13:02. Very efficient!

Chronic signup process

Still no confirmation email. I went to the shop and collected the item and still haven’t received it!!!

I had to download to book a slot for argos collection it’s not working

I genuinely don’t see the point of this app.

There’s 0 people in the virtual queue all day for Argos, but I can’t book until 28 minutes because I’ve just passed a 30 minute window.

Absolute bonkers that you can’t use the app unless you switch on notifications too!

After this order, app will be deleted, account will be deleted and I’ll never be using again.

stupid app

i was forced to download this by Argos who are undoubtedly being paid for this dumb endorsement, app is useless and invasive. i hope the developers can make a good app in the future. r***rds

Absolute rubbish - says the Argos store I’m collecting my order from is closed - yet when I went to the store I picked my item up straight away . Pointless App - waste of time
Then get a response weeks later from the App asking me to contact them ....... why would I do that when I got my Argos order without the need of this pointless app

Argos in the uk promote this app. What a load of kac. I don’t have the time or the patience to sit for an hour waiting on email verification or for app to load properly. God help any pensioners who aren’t computer savvy !!!!

Not working

A verification link is supposed to be sent to my email. Tried to resend this. Uninstalled app and tried again. Not working. I have now paid for goods I am unable to book a slot to collect. Rubbish app!!!

Absolute useless rubbish

App does not send out confirmation email so could not open account to book slot at Argos. Because of you Argos has just lost a customer permanently.

Jury’s out

I can see this would be good during bad weather and at Christmas time when there are always queues but.. to get in my local Sainsbury’s (which is one of the 8 listed) when it’s my turn, I’d need to get to the trolley store first, which would be blocked by the physical queue. I’d then somehow need to get pass those people with the trolley to get to the door. It’s not wide enough to pass anyone and I bet I’d be accused of queue jumping if I tried. So do virtual queue customers have a separate entrance?

The app is very basic, with no tutorial or instructions once you have registered and logged in? I nearly deleted it again, as I thought it was just for use in Italy at first. I don’t understand what the T’s&C’s payment section is about, if it’s free to use? There are no costs quoted anywhere that I can see once you are in the app or mentioned in the App Store?

Good idea which I would use if I thought I could get in without any grief and upset. But not clear or convinced how it would work in practice.
Would like to know if there was a queue before I initially turned up?
How much notice do I get before it’s my turn and would need to return to the store?
If I miss my turn as searching for a trolley etc do I have to queue again?

Pointless

I can’t receive the e mail to verify my e mail address so it’s a waste of time.

Not responding!!!

Recently downloaded this app because local supermarket plugging it. The registration process appeared to go ok, but then I needed to change the email address in the settings. This also appeared to go ok at first, and I received the email confirming the change. However, the app does not now function. It opens ok, but you cannot reserve a place, and it is not possible go into settings. The clock just runs and runs. I have deleted the app and reloaded it several times, but still nothing works. Not very good is it 😤

Pérdida de tiempo

Es una buena app para perder el tiempo 💩, saque un un turno, a su vez hice fila normal, nunca me llegó mi turno de la app y entre más rápido en la fila normal.

Siento escuchar que su experiencia con ufirst no fué la mejor. Apreciamos mucho su retroalimentación y nos encantaría si pudiera enviarnos un email a service.ecuador@ufirst.com y contarnos en mayor detalle su experiencia. Quiero también comentarle que pueden existir factores relacionados con las configuraciones de su teléfono, disponibilidad de datos o señal de Internet que tal vez le impiden recibir las notificaciones app de ufirst a tiempo. Dihas notificaciones son tan solo advertencias que le permiten conocer que su turno está cerca. Sin embargo, su turno virtual, le permitirá siempre visualizar cuántas personas faltan para que llegue su turno. Ingresando a la app, en Reservaciones encontrará su turno activo. Ingrese al mismo y podrá visualizar en la parte inferior el número de personas que restan para que sea llamado. Este número se reduce en tiempo real mientras la file sigue avanzando. Esperamos haberle sido de ayuda y le pedimos disculpas por cualquier inconveniente que haya tenido. Le agradezco nuevamente por su comentario porque nos ayuda a identificar problemas y a mejorar. Cualquier otra inquietud estamos a las órdenes, ¡Los mejores deseos de todo el equipo!

App inutile

Ancora presto per l’Italia, il risultato è che è vuota, provato per Brescia e vi sono solo 2 esercenti a disposizione.
Magari tra un paio d’anni.
