Doesn’t Seem Legit
Tried to see if this is what I am looking for. Makes you do a whole thing to hook you in then forces a rating and subscription before you even get to actually try the app. I’d recommend a different app that allows you to trial before paying. Seems scamish.

It’s alright
From not using an app to using this one, it’s pretty good but could be better. Some flaws I found while using the app 1. The app rest timer is slower than actual clock time and sometimes pauses if phone screen is off. 2. There’s some workouts that don’t include weights but still have “weight/lbs used” and doesnt specify if your own body weight or added weights used. 3. You can not go back in time and review past workouts more than a day ago which I wish would save. 4. When you select “Gym Workouts” I wish there was a way to deselect gym activities that the gym I’m at doesnt have such as “Battle Rope”. THIS APP AINT ALL BAD THO. I used to learn off YT and Insta reels, this app helps show and helps explain how to properly do workouts workouts. This is honestly better than going back and forth on YT relearning a single workout. Also this has helped me focus on areas I was missing. Everything else in this app is pretty solid and worth a try but honestly wish there was a pretrial before spending actual money first. Definitely see the potential here

Ordered in November still no shipment
I transitioned from Muscle Box and ordered a pair of shorts in November. It is now March and I still have not received the item or any tracking information. There has been no clear communication regarding the order status or shipping timeline. This has been a frustrating experience, especially after several months without delivery. I hope the company improves order fulfillment and communication with customers.
