Scam, won’t send prizes
I spent $35 two times on credit to play the games because I really wanted a figure they had. I finally won and entered my shipping info. I waited two weeks but it still had t shipped. I contacted support and they said they weren’t going to ship it because they were suspicious about my account activity and thought I cheated. I told them I did nothing wrong and even if I had I gave them money so they need to fulfill their end of the deal. They refused again saying they also wouldn’t refund me. I opened a dispute with my bank. Try any claw app but this. I’ve tried a few and other apps actually send you the things you win, this one is clearly a scam.
