Poor design and functionality
I think a UGA sophomore computer science major could make a much better app. I’m surprised the university would do so bad at this.

Keeps crashing whenever I’m trying to get directions.
Bus Tracking is Having Major Issues
I love how convenient this app has been for my time at UGA, but in the past few days the bus info has been incredibly inaccurate and it’s causing me to be late to classes and meetings. Not sure what went wrong because it used to work well.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Mobile App and using the bus navigation. We were experiencing issues and working closely with the bus vendor in order to get them solved. We have been monitoring this feature since that incident and everything is working well now. Never works
An absolute train wreck of an app, basically none of its services work, including elc, Athena, and all dining hall links. Wish I could’ve given it negative stars. Need to scrap it and just start over completely
