Favorite app of all time
I started buying a Just answer NAS but eventually if become everything to me .. i manage my work business and my personal life with this.. And the best part is Ugreen responded any of my emails super fast that no other company did before.. It fulfilled all my needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ソフトウェアがとにかく融通が効かない
主に写真アプリとシアターを使っているがとにかく変な独自性が発揮されていて使いづらい。もっとシンプルに出来なかったのか？
無理やり写真のAI判別機能を追加する為に強制アップデートなぞかけて欲しくない。既に数TB分入った画像その他ファイルを再スキャンする為、1ヶ月弱ずーーーーっとHDDがガリガリ言いっぱなしだし写真アプリも使えません。
そんなことする前にソートに追加日時順付けたりして欲しい。
シアターはもっと酷く、ファイル名から自動的に動画が仕分けされるのだが、プリインストールされたデータベースと単純にファイル名を照合しているらしく、シリーズではないただの撮影した動画がシリーズ物として勝手に分類されたり、間違ったサムネイルが表示される。
一刻も早く全てオフに出来る機能を付けて頂きたい。
また、動画プレイヤーも使い勝手が悪く、デフォルトで次の動画に移行する為、極短い動画などを再生するとループ再生を選ぶ前に勝手に次の動画に移行してしまう。また、縦画面では動画再生オプションを表示するメニューが表示されないなど、首を傾げたくなる様なよくわからない使用感を低める謎仕様が散見される。
ファイルからも動画の再生は出来るので、最悪仕訳に関してはシアターではなくそちらを用いればいいが、プレイヤーは共通な為、使い勝手の悪さがどこまでも付きまとう。
どうかソフトウェアにオリジナリティや押し付けがましい要らない機能を盛り込まなくていいのでプレーンに使える様にしてもらいたい

amazing, but
please add a custom way to categorize recognized people in the photos section by reordering people. this would DEFINITELY be a game changer
Missing functionality
If the developers are reading this review, please add the function to have direct save from Safari or other apps with sharing directly into the Ugreen app. This one missing feature forces you to have to download and upload files twice.
Consistent updates promising
I was a kickstarter supporter long before this app/product was available in stores. One of the features I would love to see added to the Photos App is the ability to rate photos with a star-rating that translates in the metadata to 3rd party applications (light Lightroom, Davinci, etc). It would be so amazing for countless photographers/videographers. I don’t know how easily UGREEN could add that functionality, but it would absolutely be a game changer.

I don’t understand why there are some low ratings. Bad reviews and it’s only 4.0 stars. I love my NAS and this app. They’re doing a great job and it’s always getting better. Keep up the good work!
Edit: I did find an area of improvement. I was backing up a bunch of my photos into a folder, in the files explorer, and I noticed I couldn’t sort them by the date the photo itself was actually created. like, if I sort by creation time, it says all the photos were created at the same time and date but obviously my thousand photos were not created all at once. I know that’s the date/time that I copied them into the folder but that’s not how I want to sort them. I want to sort by the date the photo was taken like in my iPhone. I know it does that in the photos app but it would be great if it could do that in the files explorer too.

A NAS that’s easy to work with
I have had my server for around 6 months and it works properly and give me the ability to share, store, and transmit data without a hitch.
App crashes too much
App is constantly crashing. The only time it works is after deleting it and reinstalling. After one login, it starts crashing the next time.
Very clean UI and the app can do almost everything the PC interface can do without being confusing.

Bilder Funktion fehlt noch
die App ist sehr gut, nur was noch fehlt das man die Bilder noch sehen können so wie die Videos.
Needs a password to delete items
It should come with a password feature for deletion of photos and albums

Wir haben uns für unsere erste NAS für Ugreen entschiedenen und sind sehr zufrieden. Die App ist Aufgeräumt, Übersichtlich und schön designed und funktioniert sehr zuverlässig sowohl im Heimnetz als auch unterwegs.
硬盘不休眠
我存储池是一块硬盘，外部挂了三块硬盘存储视频，之前不观看不扫库的时候三块外挂硬盘是休眠状态，这次更新后发现一直无法休眠。这三块盘里只有视频，没有别的，也查看了利用率，读取，写入都是0，为什么不能休眠呢？

Ich bin mit der UGREEN NAS App sehr zufrieden. Die App ist übersichtlich, stabil und macht den Zugriff auf mein NAS unterwegs angenehm und zuverlässig. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und die wichtigsten Funktionen sind gut erreichbar.
Zwei Punkte würde ich mir als Verbesserung wünschen:
1. Anpassbare Icon-Größe auf der Startseite
2. Offline-Funktion für Fotos & Notizen Aktuell kann man Filme und Musik offline herunterladen – das funktioniert gut. Sehr hilfreich wäre es, wenn auch die Fotos- und Notizen-App offline nutzbar wären. Gerade bei Flugreisen oder an Orten ohne Empfang wäre das ein großer Vorteil. So müsste man Notizen nicht extra in die native iOS-Notizen-App kopieren, nur um sie offline verfügbar zu haben.
Abgesehen von diesen beiden Punkten bin ich rundum zufrieden und nutze die App regelmäßig gerne. Weiter so – mit den genannten Verbesserungen wäre sie für mich nahezu perfekt.

iMessage sharing missing
Can’t share Photo or Video with iMessage from app please add sharing with iMessage .
Does what it’s ment to do BUT
Would absolutely love to have some more options on the theatre. Especially on the Apple TV. And a bit more of intelligence on what is a home movie or video vs an actual movie.
Doesn’t give full functionality
Sadly this app is misleading. It will let you get your NAS up and running, but so any settings, which are kinda important, we can’t access through this app. We need to use a computer to set them up.
Lots of functions we can monitor using this app, but don’t be fooled into thinking you won’t need to use a computer. You will.
Such a shame. Would’ve been SO MUCH BETTER if this app could do everything the PC interface can do. I don’t get why this isn’t possible.
