Not even login screen opening in Iphone

When i open this app and try to make an account fill all details correctly and then submit after that notification pop up your details are cant match so what should i do to log in
Not accepting website credentials
Mobile app is not supporting already registered account to login and not throwing meaningful error message or any kind of help to sign in. It requires proper mature development of the app with lot of improvements scope.

App keep refreshing after install
I’m not able to open an app after downloading it from App Store. After installing, it is keep refreshing and after some times throws an error like “Request time out, server error”.
