Broken app
Any time I press the back button it logs me out. I do an intuitive swipe back it logs me out. Very frustrating. The app doesn't let me set up a pass key. To get to the right information is not intuitive at all. Needs a rework from the ground up.
It keeps logging you out even when you just logged in
It’s a nightmare to navigate as of late. I’ve updated the app and keeps logging me out at every turn. I can’t properly navigate to what I need to do because of how often it logs out.

I seen Dr Slumbrecht and Cristina team for 4 years as today and I feel I am in good hands , they provide me with care and time, answering every single question ( I always have ) in a very professional manner. Best hospital EVER!!!
Dr Victor Hernandez is everything you could get in a 5 star orthopedic doctor. He is unbelievably kind, he has thoughtfully explained new techniques trying to keep my hip in place.On a very difficult case as mine is, Dr Victor studies the newest update in orthopedics . I ❤️my U of Miami !
Friendly Customer Service
I love the service here. The customer service is friendly oriented and caring. Dr Andrew Dorizas is the best.
No space for complaints
This system can be a useful tool for communication between providers and patients. However, it could be more useful if it were possible to lodge complaints about providers who do not meet patient expectations and the reasons for such.
Entering a date
It is very frustrating to have to scroll back month by month for many years to enter a date.
For example: date retired and date insurance began.
Retirement date should be saved instead of repeating the process for multiple visits. If retirement date changes, we should be able to edit instead of scrolling.
We should be able to type in a date.
Everything else is pretty good.

Need to work out numerous bugs
I access the site several times a day. Frequently the server is down. The dr sent several documents to me. One could not load.
Fix this crappy site before you ask patients to use it.

Covid-19 vaccine record inaccurate
I checked my Covid vaccine records against the records in this app. There were 2 dates listed that I did not get a vaccine which I deleted and they do not have a record of the vaccine I received on 5/26/22 and I can find no way to input it.

Haven’t figured how to add uhealth to my watch otherwise like the app on my phone
Difficulty to communicate with physicians
Sorry but I have been experience a lot of difficult to communicate with my phisician after the appointment , and the same has experience my family , the answering is late and bad

Satisfied in general
I am overall satisfied with the app. However, when I tried to upload and attach documents, even a small amount, like two or three pages, the app tells me it is too large, and it won’t except it. I tried several times, and several ways, even with a representative on the line with no luck.

I just downloaded it last night and when I go login to update my insurance information. It says update to the latest version required to login… but no update available so what aid someone supposed to do?
Wonderful Staff
After being transferred to Dr. Cervantes I have had nothing but continued support and encouragement having being a person with anxiety but from my first visit, during and after surgery I am well pleased. The staff from registration, the nurse staff and seeing the dr was quite a great experience.
My surgery went well my follow up appointments with the nurse was wonderful. I can’t thank you guys enough for all you have done for me during this time. No one made me feel like a basket case because of my anxieties and I thank you all. The post op nurses, the instruction given by the RN and I became family with them because they knew me, my circumstances when I called they called my name before I told them and they remember me and what I needed to do. They were so professional. Thanks UHealth for such a great experience.

So I’ve had the app for a few years without an issue using it, but for the past week or two when I try to login to my chart the keyboard doesn’t show up for me to type anything and I can’t get in…
