This app is not user-friendly at all. The fact that my PC has to use a different browser than I have is very inconvenient poor poor quality.
Retrieval of password is difficult

Not responsive
It is not easy to find the place to send them info about real estate taxes- you have to use a chatbot and go through several options to get there. Once you find the email address, they say they may take up to 8 business days to reply. 3 weeks later I am still waiting and frustrated

Good but needs work
Easy to use, the number one thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t send an email confirmation when you schedule a payment.
Please Allow Password Pasting
I want to use this app, but my annoyance at having to manually enter the password has kept me from ever using it. I have a password vault, which allows me to generate long, complicated passwords… so I do. With almost every other website or app, I’m able to copy and paste the password into the password field. This app prevents me from doing that unless it’s the iOS “Autofill” option, which I don’t use.
I understand that I can use biometrics once I’ve initially entered my credentials correctly the first time, but I should be able to paste the long password I’ve created.
You may consider prohibition of password pasting to be safer for the user. However, the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) states, “In SP 800-63B, NIST has not explicitly recommended the use of password managers, but recommends that verifiers permit the use of “paste” functionality so that the subscriber can use a password manager if desired.” These guidelines appear to have been in place since 2017– seven years ago.

Blind user
This app and it's features are not accessible for blind people using voiceover. It will not allow a blind person to use the screen reading software to activate and select options.
Broken
App was updated a few days ago and now it’s broken. I get an error message every time I try to login.

I wish that I could make a larger payment online. It’s a difficult process to make extra payments.
