CONSTANT ISSUES!
I like the app when it works. Unfortunately, they keep having issues with this app! Hopefully, one day they’ll get it right. 😒
Pls fix this login issue
Breaks frequently. Recent update doesn’t let me sign in on app. I know my login information is correct because I literally logged in today on my work computer with no issues.

Log in EVERY TIME I open the app
So frustrating to have to log in each time I open the app - even if it was just 2 minutes ago and I re-open - started happening this week after the latest update.
Makes me late for work. Use the time clock.
Open the app at least 5 minutes before you have to clock in. The app is very slow opening up. Once its open, you have to go through all types of verification. Hopefully by the time you get to the menu, you’re not late for work. This app has made me late numerous times. I give up!
Does not work.
It only works once . Every time I use it I have to delete the app and download it again again.
App uses way too much data
After the first week, I had a few team members make comments about the app using too much data for the month. Thought nothing of it. I just ran out of data on the second week. 9.69GB was used just from UKG Pro. What is it doing, downloading movies in the background??

There appears to be zero data usage when the app is in the background, as I performed this test I made sure to not close the app entirely and settings showed the app wasn’t downloading in the background. But during this controlled test, UKG Pro used 544MB of mobile data simply doing minimal daily tasks. During the same workday, approximately one hour of TikTok video streaming consumed only 198MB. UKG Pro therefore used over twice as much mobile data as an hour of continuous short-form video streaming, which is simply unacceptable.

Am I dumb
There doesn’t seem to be a dark mode unless I’m just dumb and can’t find it but on an app that primarily white background it would be nice to not be flash banged every time I opened the app

This is the worst app in the world they need to get rid of it asap wish I could put no stars
App Crashes upon logging in
I try to login and as it loads it always crashes. I have two phones and it does this on both.

Really poor performance, takes forever to load on the fastest phone with updated software over the fastest network. Rendering does not scale properly on a mobile platform so most of the screen gets cut off. Andgo doesn't display at all. Almost entirely useless app.

Takes minimum two tries to log in every time because it randomly times out. Makes it difficult to see your entire schedule and request time off

The app is HORRIBLE. Always logs me off when just closing the app for a few seconds. Fails to sign me in with the authenticator or just doesn’t load after trying to log on.
Update
After last update app no longer lets me log in. Says my info is not correct or sign in server not available
Trash scheduling app
Our business has made its transition to use this and been nothing but headaches, poor UI, and just overall a abysmal app. I pray your place of work didn't have to rely on this app. I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemies.

It takes 10 times more effort and time to do this and get it right! Not everyone sits at a desk! Most of us are doing this on a phone so you can’t see the whole screen; Without expanding ,shrinking , swiping all over the place.
