Just the worst
Was terrible when my company forced us to use this system but there was improvement. Unfortunately now it’s back to always requiring you to re-login your profile every single time. If your company has a separate login you’ll need to do that too every time. My employer also has a two factor authentication when logging in so it’s about 5-6 passwords you have to remember and input as the “facial recognition” system just says sometimes (every time) we require you to use a password. Went from a 1/10 to a 3/10 but now right back to 1/10.

Will not let me log in! Keeps saying oops something went wrong!!! Worst app ever!!!
Worst app ever created by human beings
I simply can not believe that there is a team of people being paid real money to create and manage this absolutely garbage app. I made a better app in year 7 IT class. They added an ai chat bot that literally no matter what you ask it doesn’t know the answer and can’t find a page instead of fixing the literally infinite bugs. Truly disgusting and makes me sick that there are investors with their money in this garbage.

Frustrating app
PLEASE IT CAN’T BE THIS HARD TO DEVELOP A BETTER APP THAT THOUSANDS OF STAFF USE AT LEAST TWICE A DAY
As a casual employee I find the features of this app to be helpful like checking location schedule and adjusting availability but the app itself is so buggy and slow. Every update there is a new problem. Last update it logged me out every time I even pulled down the notification bar. This update, every time I login (at least twice a day) I have to use with my password and two step verification even though I have Face ID turned on. Please for the love of god make this app better once and for all.

Needs work.
What’s the point of having Face ID option on if it constantly asks to log in with user ID & password? It seems like all these recent updates keep making this app worse!
Worst app ever
Keeps making you fully sign in every time, you can’t just use your pass code. Loading into the app and to different sections in the app takes forever. Some sections won’t even let you get in half the time. Very disappointing.
Works on occasions.
It’s nice as a scheduling app to be only able to view my schedule when I’m in my store… it’s not just a me problem either, for months we’ve had staff locked out of the app entirely and have had to rely on our manager posting our paper schedules to our work chat just to see when we’re supposed to clock in. It’s three different sign ins for me just to clock in on the app WHEN IT WANTS to work, which defeats the purpose of implementing a QR code to clock in(which funnily enough, I spent MONTHS without being able to use my password. I could ONLY use the app before recent updates.)

My job switch to this nonsense the app stay making me redo my log in, the clock in option rarely works properly, the time card is horrible when it comes to editing it, my time off needs to be worked on better. The whole UKG pay system is truly awful. Whoever made this they need to copy workforce or something

Wasting my time every-time I click on this app it gives me a headache everytime i clock in, punch in or out and clock out it asks me every bloody time to enter my password jesus christ please fix this garbage

Time Zone/Scheduling/Pay periods a mess
So my pay period is Sunday through Saturday in Central time zone. This app has time sheet Monday through Sunday in Pacific Time Zone. Why this makes a difference? Well, one day on every pay period doesnt show up on the timesheet because it falls on the previous week which is extremely annoying. Also, travel with my job, schedule changes, time zones change and unable to make any adjustments without having to escalate the issue to upper management. Additionally, getting out of work early and not being able to clock out until scheduled shift ends or risk getting points is absurd. I’d rather not get paid for 15 minutes than be forced to wait 15 minutes doing nothing to just clock out using this stupid app.

Absolutely useless
This is the worst app I’ve ever used, it’s pathetic. Every BWS worker is frustrated with how abysmal this app is. Whoever designed it, congrats for being the bane of my existence.

Face ID is pointless if you require 2FA every time you open the app
This is a solid app for schedule management and it does its job well. However, they implemented Face ID so that you can skip putting your password in but every other update breaks it. And instead you have to login with your full user/pass and 2FA every single time you open the app.
How does the dev team manage to break this SO frequently? Just keep it simple.
