Hard to use and missing basic scheduling options
Call Late and Call Absent are buried behind tiny text and a nearly invisible dropdown. Bryte AI couldn’t even tell me where they were. There’s also no option to set a minimum rest period between shifts. These should be basic, easy-to-find scheduling features.
Horrible App
Recently, my store decided to change apps. This app is HORRIBLE to use. It’s so confusing and I hate that it doesn’t show the amount of hours we get each week. I’m only able to see the current week on my time card. I wish we didn’t switch apps because the other one was so easy and simple to use.
This app isn’t refined at all
Wtf there are so many things that are unfinished and don’t make sense. The layout feels like I’m trying to solve a maze. There is no reason I should have to click 5 things just to get to something that should be one click. Plus I’m unable to adjust the minimum number of hours I want to work per week. Genuinely it’s a 0/10 wish I could give it 0 stars.

Poor.
I keep returning hoping I have something nice to say about this app but it frustrates me endlessly. Why am I stuck staring at my phone for 3 minutes typing in a username/password and WAITING for a one time code every time. I wanted to take thirty seconds to see my shift today, but I'd rather be uncertain about its time than waste my time checking on this app.
Update: It got better for a month and that month of checking my schedule was lovely, but the latest update has rendered this app nearly useless again. If there were another app I could use to see my schedule I would because it's ridiculous to want to use only face ID to log in and instead have to WAIT for thirty seconds after attempting face ID to then be prompted to put your username and password in every time without fail, THEN be sent a one time code to your email. just so i can see that i work.
The UI is incredibly difficult and only serves to slow me down. The last update rendered face ID useless, it takes my face scan then redirects me to login with my credentials anyways, prolonging the login process unnecessarily. Notification bubbles never disappear regardless of how many times I've checked and double checked to try to get them to go away. Loading times for checking anything are ridiculous. This is the most tedious-to-use app and if I could I would use ANYTHING else. I put off checking my schedule for as long as possible because I dread having to open this awful app and spend minutes at a time checking what should take SECONDS.

Never works
This app never works for me ever since my company merged with Microsoft entra and considering I have to use this everyday for work it’s incredibly frustrating that I’m unable to punch in an out of work on time to even get paid properly
Abysmal
Worst interface I have ever worked with. You can’t do anything! I can’t even export my schedule to my calendar. What’s the point of this? Just to take my company’s money? Adds nothing just makes everything harder.
2026 useless app, poor UX design, using the design of 1999, wastes employees times.

Take around 10 -20 steps just to done one tiny task.

The interface does not allow end users to effectively control key functions, can’t even check anything for their end function, reflecting a suboptimal design. Interface using a similar desktop site(in app web)not for a mobile design.
The company's poor choice to force employees to use this app with poor management when the app is for managers not for workers to use.
The app is collecting some unnecessary personal information, such as financial, personal, .........

Worst rostering app
Completely impractical to use. Hard to read hard to submit leave or allowances. Confusing for both rostering and users. Unable to access easily constantly having to re-login. App struggles to account for shift workers I.e locks adding notes when shift crosses midnight.

Idek how people use this garbage and honestly no one would voluntarily… The app is too buggy, way too complicated making UI friendliness UNFRIENDLY. It’s slow and just OLD compared to what a modern should look like.

Fix Face ID
The only reason I started using the app was because I could login with Face ID and now everytime I try to log in with Face ID it tells me for extra security I need to put my password in from time to time when it’s literally every single time. This is frustrating and time consuming.
Unusable
This app is designed to be unusable. I have every reason to believe that all the positive “reviews” were made by those who work for UKG. I advise all businesses who use this now, to just suddenly drop the app
Not user friendly at all
I have trouble punching in and out usually by this app. It says I’m not in the correct location however I’m at work when this happens. I’ve reset my phone location numerous times but it still doesn’t work.
Illegible scheduling system
Why does my schedule offer open shifts yet have me scheduled on the same day? I can’t do both, why show me both?? At a cursory glance, it makes me feel like I’m NOT scheduled for that day because it’s offering me shifts. Terrible system.
face id doesn’t work
face id doesn’t work, password barely works, loading half the time and doesn’t want to cooperate
Not user friendly
The site isn’t user friendly for those of us who have little to no experience with computers. For example I have been trying for over an hour to update my tax withholdings, state and federal, but can’t find forms or any accurate directions to access the information to do so. There is also no direct way to contact anyone within the company for help.

After this current update the app does not work anymore and does not let me log in at all. Can this please be fix ASAP

app is evil and bad, not intuitive at all to fill out availability and also you have to log in again and authenticate again if you look away from the screen for .5 seconds. i’m trying to clock in to work on time, not put in the nuclear codes
