My app is only in Chinese(?)
There’s no way to change the language but the app works. I just don’t under what anything says.

The language of the app follows the language set on your phone. If your phone is set to English, then your app should display English, which we have verified. Can you tell us about the language settings or any other different settings on your phone? This will help us locate and fix the display issue on your end.
Works okay
Works alright. But the light strip turns on by itself. If that could be fixed, it would be perfect.

Not working
Worked fine for 2 days, but i woke up one morning and the lights were just not working, i cant seem to connect to them because the leds just wont power on

Useless
I received a uLamp lighting strip to go with my widescreen TV. After having it all set up, it worked fine for roughly two weeks. Then, the app was incapable of recognizing the lamp. After trying everyone under the sun, turning the power off and back on, closing the app and starting it back up again, rebooting my iPhone numerous times, and even deleting the app to redownload and set up again, the app does not recognize the uLamp anymore. I cannot turn it on.
This app is a JOKE! I don’t know when it was last updated, but given the number of poor reviews this app has received, I am now feeling a tremendous sense of Buyer’s Remorse for having acquired the uLamp system.

Bought lights to work with my tv when watching movie and when try to sort it says download faild

Doesn’t Work. Tried everything doesn’t match the picture on the tv. Just makes random colours through the backlight
Return your product too!
If you even consider buying a product that asks you to use Ulamp don’t buy it. You’re wasting your time and money and it’s not just the app the entire thing is set up to fail you.
No sync
Been trying for hours to get the lights to sync with the TV but I can’t figure it out..
Lights turn on by themselves
Not sure why but the lights turn on whenever they want. Also, two people cannot be connected at the same time. If my husband is close by, it will not allow me to connect and control the lights .

Purchased for my brand new Hisense TV worked for a week before stopping .Uninstalled the hardware and software reinstalled,tried everything still does not work ,AVOID there are better and cheaper alternatives.

Just work for a couple of minutes with the image of the tv, after that, the leds work in a random way and never get Synchronized with the tv…and it’s annoying because distracting you from the movie

Entire app is in Chinese and the lights have the functionality of a mentally r3tarded baby, flickering on and off every 3 seconds. Terrible.

Never worked
It likes the color green. But only ever dims doesn’t really change colors. I thought it was the eye sensor so I did all kinds of things to try to improve the sensitivity. But there is no calibrating the eye. There’s a reason why they discontinued this product. Cause it’s a big f’in waste of time and money.

Loving my light strip
The family is loving our new light strip. What was once a blank wall with a TV hanging on it is now transformed into a colorful wall.
User Error
The app works fine, however you need some slight mechanical knowledge to count the ics so your lights work properly. Nine times out of ten, its not the software, its the user. There are many configurable options which i find nice. Though i just needed to set it up once.
