Won’t stay off
I have had this set up for a while and one thing that bothers me is that it turns itself on. I don’t want this to happen. If the strip turns on while I’m not home, it’s wasting energy. Please fix this.
Horrible hardware
Needs better settings to get that great movie experience nothing really works I might just return it. I got Govee on all my other TVs gave this a chance and wow what a waste. I know yall can do it do what Govee does and you guys will have something
Not syncing
It’s not the same as it shows in all the tutorials I can’t do multi colors or anything and it doesn’t sync properly

My tv lights worked for 4hrs and I went to bed, when I tried to cut it on the next day morning it didn’t work at all I’ve uninstalled everything and tried to do it over but the app doesn’t recognize the device so I’m sending it back!!
Very poor user experience
I bought a set of AR Color Pickup lights to provide intelligent accent lighting behind my TV. I waited to download the app until after I’d stuck the lights on the back of my TV, which was a mistake. If I’d downloaded the app first I’d have simply returned the lights. The app is essentially nonsense; the naming of functions makes no sense at all, and has little clear connection to functions you might desire from TV lights. The bulk of functions seems to be toward lighting animations or “scenes”, none of which you’d want behind your TV. It also seems like you have to open the app to manually turn the TV lights on and off… if there’s a setting for this it’s poorly named / hard to find. The only setting that functions in a barely useful way is called “Light and Shadow Dream”… what? This app clear isn’t designed to support the hardware they sell. This is a bad app and the hardware is bad.

Very limited
I just installed the lights from Amazon today and so far they do work well. For the app, there can only be one person connected to the lights at a time which is not ideal at all, hopefully this changes soon.

There’s no way to change the language but the app works. I just don’t under what anything says.

The language of the app follows the language set on your phone. If your phone is set to English, then your app should display English, which we have verified. Can you tell us about the language settings or any other different settings on your phone? This will help us locate and fix the display issue on your end.
Works okay
Works alright. But the light strip turns on by itself. If that could be fixed, it would be perfect.

I just bought a led strip for my tv that this app but app need tv size or camera view calibration option too
Not working
Worked fine for 2 days, but i woke up one morning and the lights were just not working, i cant seem to connect to them because the leds just wont power on

Useless
I received a uLamp lighting strip to go with my widescreen TV. After having it all set up, it worked fine for roughly two weeks. Then, the app was incapable of recognizing the lamp. After trying everyone under the sun, turning the power off and back on, closing the app and starting it back up again, rebooting my iPhone numerous times, and even deleting the app to redownload and set up again, the app does not recognize the uLamp anymore. I cannot turn it on.
This app is a JOKE! I don’t know when it was last updated, but given the number of poor reviews this app has received, I am now feeling a tremendous sense of Buyer’s Remorse for having acquired the uLamp system.

Doesn’t Work. Tried everything doesn’t match the picture on the tv. Just makes random colours through the backlight
Return your product too!
If you even consider buying a product that asks you to use Ulamp don’t buy it. You’re wasting your time and money and it’s not just the app the entire thing is set up to fail you.
No sync
Been trying for hours to get the lights to sync with the TV but I can’t figure it out..
Lights turn on by themselves
Not sure why but the lights turn on whenever they want. Also, two people cannot be connected at the same time. If my husband is close by, it will not allow me to connect and control the lights .
