No way to cancel orders
Despite part of my pick up order being cancelled due to low stock there is no way to fully cancel it on the app or thru email. You have to physically go to the store, accept the partial order, then process a return. This is very inconvenient and just an outdated way of doing things.
Shipping is very bad
Unfortunately the shipping methods are very poor. I never received my last order and took me time and a few phone calls to get refunded

Your customer service is Horrible! Tried to chat and the 4th person said same exact thing. Hold on while I research and then that’s it!!! I am so fed up. I have been working on this since 9 am and have gotten nothing resolved! Horrible!!!!!

This app is making it impossible to log in. I was unable to get my birthday rewards unless l had the app. My phone number and physical card was not enough. I opted to download the app to not hold up the line but I have been on the app for over 20 minutes. I never have this issue with Sephora. It feels like a scam to me to get out of paying out rewards.

Love the store and its products. However, the app is glitchy and poor sign-in for when you forget your login info. Sales associates won’t help with login at sore which is a total bummer.
