App Size Too Small
App size is too small when using an iPad tablet. They need to revamp it and make fit the screen.

What’s going on
For two days when I click offers in the app it comes up as a blank screen. Your last update has some kind of coding error
App going downhill
For a couple year the app gets extremely slow. freezing or stuck on a page. even when there is less traffic online (sales, promos, etc.) gets very annoying when you’re looking for products you need, with the new updated version, it’s only gotten more laggy and difficult to use.
New update - many bugs
I’m unable to access my points or inbox. When I try, it only shows a blank page. Please fix this issue.

Update Killed the App
Since updating the Ulta app to its most recent version (today’s date is 7/14/2026) the app has become impossible to use. It freezes every minute or so and I have to start over. Such a waste of time. Additionally, please remove the AI features from the app. Nobody wants to use that and it’s disappointing to see Ulta moving in that direction rather than supporting the artists they employ.

Keeps glitching. Will touch the screen but nothing happens. Have to close the app out then reopen.

I ordered a large Makeup order to replace everything. Everything arrived well packaged and undamaged. Prices comparable to department stores unless on sale. Shipping was as expected and took 5-7 days for everything to arrive.
some things don’t need changing
wish there was a feature where I could filter products even after the first filter option. also, the the new app design looks horrible! the ai assistant is in the way and the pink circle that hovers the options at the bottom doesn’t even lineup on the right areas. just a horrible design all the way around!

I’m sure ulta beauty is more than aware of how horrible ai is to our planet. I’m sure they’re aware of the damage ai data centers do to ecosystems. I also am 100% aware that they know how many of their customers are eco conscious, animal lovers. If they DIDNT know that they wouldn’t proudly label so much many sections in their stores “vegan beauty!!” Or “cruelty free!”. How about we make a cruelty free app that doesn’t need to poison and suck dry the water supply? Hmn? How about that ?
