Finding parts have been very difficult
I have ordered parts for this machine three or four times and they always send me different things. Nothing that matches. I can’t find a filter that goes in their properly and the customer service is not that good
Of course I like the machine, but after you need to replace parts and they’re not available or they get sent to you the wrong size which is ridiculous

It now shows ads in the app for other products. Ads you have to dismiss to use the app. Appalling.
Spam shop app
Patetic app, slow, robot have alot of problem and if you open app you got a popup, banner and if click wrong are open eshop without privacy settings or banner for cookie

Works needs improvement
Works . Allows you to track the device whilst cleaning. But what annoys me is does not alert say if the device is knocked slightly off the base and loosing charge. Low battery messages whilst in standby would be useful also.

Re réglage perpétuel ! Initialisations… maintenant c’est la charge batterie qui semble lâcher … les plastiques casses aussi … Pas certain que je recommande !

Great item but terrible app
The app glitches all the time, loses maps, loses connection, doesn’t align with where the base is. The robot cleaner itself is fine, it’s the app that lets it down.
Guter und einfacher Support
Ich habe einen T 10 Lite über einen Onlinehändler bezogen und hatte einen technischen Defekt, bei dem eins der Räder kaputtgegangen ist, nach sehr kurzer Konversation mit dem Hersteller über die App und später über E-Mail, wo du mein Problem innerhalb von ein paar Tagen gelöst und das Ersatzteil war sehr viel schneller als vom Hersteller versprochen da. Bin sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit dem Support als auch mit dem Produkt.
