Works, but missing buttons
The app itself works. It’s just very scaled down compared to the actual physical remote it is packaged with. How come on the remote I can fine tune treble, mid, bass mx, and surround effect. The app does not have any option. Also the remote has XupMix dedicated button. The app does not have it.
Excellent Customer Service
Purchased an ULTIMEA surround sound system and wasn’t happy with it. Spoke with customer service and they were able to upgrade my unit. I went with Poseidon surround sound system. Very happy with the overall product and the app is very useful. 5/5
Awesome sound
I own the Poseidon M 60 and it provides awesome sound for my room whether I’m listening to music or movies. My only suggestion is if they can make the customizable EQ compatible with voiceover and talk back screen bigger as a blind user I often depend on someone sided to help me fix the customizable EQ.

Forced to register to access own device
Used to be you could use the app without registering. That’s no longer the case. So more data harvesting and privacy invasions just to use something you have bought already.
Issues
I updated the app. My account got deleted. Give zero stars if I could
Terrible
Don’t bother with the app. Had a hard time getting it to connect to the Poseidon D70. I had to be inches away from it. Once it does connect the first time you can’t use the app to control the system because it “fails to connect “ sitting 10 feet away. All of the “default “ settings for movies music sports are all the same. Use the remote

Please please please change the volume controls to up and down arrows instead of the slider. Or at least allow a number input option.
Okay but faulty
Good overall. Great sound quality very clean and engulfing base. But has it quirks. Optimal works on and off. Demote random stopped working. Drops Bluetooth connection from time to time. I also don’t like the limited capabilities of the app. I can’t turn my base up I’d my biggest complaint.
Great app
Great app connects right away. I use it all the time to adjust the equalizer.
Best soundbar for value
Has all the necessary requirements for quality soundbar. Packaging and delivery worth the purchase in Amazon. Not worried about the brand name just pure delivery of Dolby Atmous sound technology with this product. Buy while pricing has discount for complete upgrade with wireless rear speakers and large bass included. Bluetooth and app and HDMI EARC cable is also included.

Connected to older tv
I installed this to a 2017 Hisense led tv with hdmi arc, it was difficult to get everything working but I managed and I will say it is a very nice sound bar with sub woofer has great sound. I have the Poseidon M60
Requires account?
App requires an account to even run when theres literally no reason for it to. Why would i give you my information when i can just use the remote instead if esentially rhe same thing on a phone?
Ultimea
Really good
App and sound bar
Wow really I love everything it’s good everything
Dope sound system
I have the Apollo S70. It’s an awesome lil soundbar, so pleased with it. The app is awesome as well, I love how customizable everything is! No complaints whatsoever, although if I were to make any changes or add anything I’d love more options for the RGB lights, and I wish the volume on the app had touch controls (+/-buttons) instead of a slider. Still 5/5 for both product and app tho!
