Push notifications stopped working
This use to send push notifications if enabled for arm/disarm/alarm triggered/etc. The only push notification I get is system check at midnight. The only way I get notified when my alarm goes off is when my neighbour calls me and lets me know.

What’s the point when I no longer get notifications if my home is broken into? Since iphone update the notifications no longer work. I have seen other people with this issue a year ago!

As apple are updating OS versions I see that ultra connect are 6 years behind

I can no longer receive push notifications and when going into the app it’s just blank. Impossible to find where to get support?!

Notification for alarm is too low
Love the system, but can we please have a louder notification for when alarm goes off? I can only get the sound that is the same as an email coming through.no way I will hear it during the bight. . please update!🤞
Slow
This app is simple and it works. The big issue is the lag in loading / connecting (very slow to respond). This app definitely could do with a little more polish and a refresh. It is a good app
Lost fingerprint authentication
Please bring back fingerprint authentication!!! It’s so inconvenient having to enter the code to disarm especially in the public space
Notification sound too soft
The app works fine for my needs, I can turn my alarm system on or off remotely and view its status however I would like to be able to choose the notification sound as the default sound is soft and unnoticeable. It would be great if you can incorporate that in an update.
Needs IPhone X update
