Horrible app
Can't log in... how frustrating
Not iOS 8 compatible?!
I joined UMB over a year ago when I joined my husband's bank account, and no matter how many times I download the app with hopes that a developer has updated to increase compatibility, I am ALWAYS disappointed. The fact that there is no working app for this bank is grounds alone to pull my business and switch banks entirely, and that is exactly what I will be doing. Can't expect to keep customers when the mobile banking options are so archaic or nonexistent.

Where is the consumer deposit app?
Other banks have had mobile deposit for years. It's 2016 now and UMB is far behind banks that have offered this for years. I don't want to switch banks but the lack of mobile deposit and other competitors offering it for consumer accounts is plentiful. Been a UMB bank customer since 1997. What is the holdup on consumer mobile deposit??

Same as other users, userid and password don't work. Would have really been a help.

Username and Password from the website are not working. Also, why just for business? It's 2015. Let's do this.
