Good for your circulatory health
I’ve taken Redwood for about two years now. And when I took it because my ankle started swelling, because I sit a lot during work, it started disappearing. I’ve seen a noticeable difference. I stopped taking it and I’m 66 years old. I immediately fall back into my old health.
I LOVE this company, but there’s 3 issues…
To start off… I really do love this company! It’s awesome. I have been following Christopher for a very long time. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars once these issues are resolved.
The cons:
1. prices are going up (although they have good subscription discounts and promos to counteract this) and it can be very expensive for most of the supps.
2. The app is quite terrible. Glitches with billing, products, discounts etc. I also can’t get my VIP benefits linked up.
3. I was sent a couple of “gifts” for free with my order (and please don’t get me wrong I’m grateful) but they were women’s supplements. I think it should be pretty standard to receive gender specific gifts. For instance, I received Florette… for feminine health, and I was told by customer service that men can take it. However on their website it clearly says for women only. Why would I take that?
4. They switched to plastic bottles “because they’re breaking?” But they wrap them very nicely, so it sounds like a cost cutting step. Keep in mind that microplastics leach into supplements, but yet you’re a company that prides itself on being very health conscience? Doesn’t make sense. Bring back the glass!
The pros:
1. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They’re responsive through text or email and are quite efficient. I do wish we could get better access to talk on the phone.
2. The products are TOP NOTCH. I have a background in medicine and have looked at the clinical doses and the corresponding research for each item. This is why I loved Christopher in the first place. The guy locked on to a powerful niche in delivering quality ingredients.
3. The promos and gifts with orders are awesome! Keep it coming and continue to push on this! I love the new idea for the VIP yearly service that adds to rewards and bonuses. Please keep the costs down (since supplement margins are insanely good) to help the everyday American out here’s
All in all a great company. There are some things that could make you a STELLAR company, and you’re not far off. Keep striving for excellence! Let’s see if we can get some of these changes made!
I recommend you purchase a subscription to get a discount, and start slow. Build your tolerance and wait for some deals!

Good company HORRIBLE website and app
They used to have a point system and I’d have to email the company everytime to find where my points are. Now I can’t find the chat button to ask for help.

I have been using testro-x and redwood for about a month and love it. My recovery time is faster my work outs and endurance have increased and my wife is loving my sex drive being way up.

The app is consistently broken
I love the company and its products however the app itself is always consistently broken and unreliable. I only ever manage my account via a computer due to the apps consistent unreliability
You’ll never feel better
Absolutely every product I’ve ever used from UMZU has made me feel fantastic. I’ve also had friends try products and they work fantastically for them as well. The customer service is amazing I will recommend UMZU 100% of the time.

Trustworthy company
I don’t write reviews. I’m only doing it for this company because I am grateful to them. There products and educational content has benefited my life immensely. I was always trying different diets and routines to achieve the body I wanted. UMZU opened my eyes to my overall health not just my looks. I am forever grateful and will support this company. Awesome app!
So I thought the website was amazing! When I just seen that there is an app, a was overly excited! The app is very functional and easy to navigate. Now I can order with ease with the app! Thank you kindly and keep up the wonderful job!
Umzufit
It would be great if Umzu made Umzufit app as well it would be easier to orientate on the app rather than on website.
Functionality
So far the functionality seems good. The first thing I noticed though is that the opening screen doesn’t display everything on the iPhone 8. Possibly the app is optimized for larger phone screens and that’s why there’s runoff around the edges.
