Intrigued by the science, sick to death of religiosity
I was excited by the video I saw on reels in facebook. Finally something that isn't all about self effort and actually addresses what is happening in the brain. Then I try to log in and I get the same old purity culture commitments that I have failed over and over, forcing me to agree to in order to continue. Finally I decided to just agree to get started, without any meat to help my skepticism. I don't want to commit again and again to something I know I will break. It's like a lie. First impressions- great teaser video, but the same old unhelpful "help."
