Unable to sign up
Did the whole process and then tried to login, says invalid password, no confirmation of sign up so I tried to sign up again…says my email already exists. Ok maybe I entered the wrong password so I try forgot password…says no valid email. Terrible. Never got past the sign up. Instantly deleted, who needs this anyways. Would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely a waste of time

Signed up and there are zero “upcoming” events listed when I know there is one in DC tomorrow. We have tickets. Nothing useful I can see….
Absolutely terrible app, terrible music
After you give way too much information to even be able to login, the app plays a video with music on so loudly that I couldn’t even stand to navigate around the site trying to find how to turn it off. I went through all of the options and it seems like you can’t. Terrible, terrible design.
Difficult user experience
Tried signing up. Put in all the info. Wanted a profile pic before it would create a profile. Ok, whatever. Added profile pic. Done. Then nothing. Nothing to say it was completed, no splash page nothing. Not a good feeling. I went out of the app, tried logging in - of course, error with username/password. I tried entering again. This time the drop-down for state would not appear. The only option was “paste”, not even a keyboard option. If I tried going to city field, it required the state field.
