App is a barrier to gifting your seats. As usual take a paper ticket and complicate it beyond belief.
Real… believe it or not
An awful app, with lots of confusion, hard to use, and complicated with Ticketmaster in general. But YES, this is the app for Broadway in Columbus. It works to get you into the theatre.
Never works for me
This app has so much potential… but, it never works for me. I cannot transfer tickets to a friend, I can’t download to my Apple wallet, the list goes on and on. Please fix these bugs so the app is useful.
Unable to transfer tickets
The app is fine to open and download tickets but several features do not work.
In the most recent update of the app-
The Manage Tickets button is disabled.
When viewing a specific ticket, the transfer ticket function is available but the actual transfer fails with “transfer failure” message that gives the options to either cancel or retry - the retry doesn’t work and circles back to the same message.
The transfer function worked in the prior version of the app.
The FAQ gives directions that don’t match the actual buttons on the app and two phone numbers that are only open during business hours M-F. This is not very helpful when the shows are in the weekend.
This is disappointing as a season patron subscriber to the Broadway series.
