Tried with correct card three times still get card declined error. Very unhappy as first time user.
Junk don’t bother
They won’t let you access your account to redeem the 20 dollars
Can’t purchase tickets

Linking tickets for our family should be a no brainer
I can’t find any way to link tix my wife bought to this app so I can use them as an e-ticket. Then, when I try to send a message to customer service, the sending wheel just keeps spinning.
With most trips to Orando being families, it should be SUPER EASY & obvious to link tix so every attendee has their own

Thank you for pointing out the issue with contacting customer service issue. We fixed the issue and you can now send customer support requests in the app again.
This app is scrap and Bad customer service
The UI is so mis-leading. Nothing clearly states the tickets are non refundable until I complete the checkout. Immediately after I realized I bought the wrong tickets, I called support to correct the purchase and they refuse to cancel and refund. Be careful when using this service. Worst experience ever.
