Can’t use free trial without a sub.

Absolutely no mention of a Pro tier on app page. Forced into sub just to try free trial. Very scummy and shady practices.

Scammers!

Very shady activities. They charge me $49 with 0 trace, no email sent, no warning I remember of, no visibility on Apple Pay.

Make u review to do anything smh

SCAM. Didn’t work and didn’t let me cancel.

Videos didn’t open in app then cancel subscription button doesn’t work. Unfortunate as the idea was promising.

Unable to watch videos

I like this app a lot I think it’s straight to the point and I’m finding myself less distracted, only issue is there’s a constant error code , 152-4 that’s making it impossible to watch anything else but what I’ve already previously watched in my personal history.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Do NOT put in your credit card info or else they will keep billing you indefinitely even after you’ve cancelled. And even after emailing MULTIPLE times, you will still have to dispute the transaction with your bank and block their merchant account from billing you.

Extremely poor set up instructions make app unusable

I cant do anything in the app because it says "Allow Feedless Screen Time Permission to Turn off Ads and Distraction". There is no guide on how to do this and this is nowhere in my settings. I wasted more time in my settings trying to figure out how to get the app to work than I would have watching youtube

Garbage

This app doesn’t let you watch any videos. Period. Unless they get to shove their premium subscription down your throat, they won’t even let you log out from your account. Utter disgrace! How this app even has a 4 star rating is beyond me.

Can’t use without screen time permission

Unfortunately this isn’t usable without sharing your screen time usage data for some reason. Although it explains why they want this access, it’s not clear to me why I can’t access the platform without it.

Doesn’t work

I paid for the yearly subscription but your daily progress resets meaning it can’t track my progress.

Stop Doomscrolling

I get lost in YouTube doomscrolling & this app has helped me stay focused.

Great

Great app to avoid distraction

Fast and free solution

It is a good app to limit your shorts use you can even use it for your kids to prevent them from shorts

Useless without subscription

It takes advantage of ur addition for the subscription

Frustrating

I’m sure the pro version works swimmingly, has all the features I would pick if I wanted to curb a YT addiction. It’s nearly useless otherwise. Try to enter subscriptions? Upgrade to pro. Go to profile? Pick either pro or free plan (it prompts you to upgrade no matter what). Infuriating.

Why is it so hard to find a good app blocker?

Forced to unlock pro? No thanks. Instantly deleting this. I should be allowed to use the free option without being forced to enable pro right out of the gate. If I want to try the trial I will activate the trial, but don’t make me. How am I supposed to know if the free version is worth my time if you won’t let me try it?

Dark patterns and scammy design

The app won’t let you do anything unless you give it Screen Time access and sign up for a “Pro” trial where tiny text obscures the actual cost (which isn’t much cheaper than just getting YouTube Premium). It presents the option for a Free plan, but won’t let you tap on it.

The dark patterns this app uses are reprehensible and I deleted it as soon as I couldn’t even tap anywhere without setting up a subscription to it.
