Unibank hasn’t been great so far
I love Citizens Bank because I wanted a small town Bankfield and all I’m getting is the same runaround I got at Citizens Except it’s worse. They block every international debit card transaction, their app is limited and their customer service is awful on the phone and was basically like go f yourself. I guess I have to search for a new bank

Everyone knows me by name when I walk in the door—always greeted with a warm smile. I trust Unibank with my banking needs and can't imagine going with anyone else!
So easy to use
One of the easiest and most convenient apps I’ve ever used. Very happy with Unibank.
Can’t manage cards
The app has never let me access the manage cards section. It always says “not available at this time check back later”. Incredibly inconvenient when my card has been locked due to a suspected fraudulent charge thy WAS in fact me. No way to unlock until customer service opens.
