Unibank hasn’t been great so far
I love Citizens Bank because I wanted a small town Bankfield and all I’m getting is the same runaround I got at Citizens Except it’s worse. They block every international debit card transaction, their app is limited and their customer service is awful on the phone and was basically like go f yourself. I guess I have to search for a new bank

Everyone knows me by name when I walk in the door—always greeted with a warm smile. I trust Unibank with my banking needs and can't imagine going with anyone else!
So easy to use
One of the easiest and most convenient apps I’ve ever used. Very happy with Unibank.
Can’t manage cards
The app has never let me access the manage cards section. It always says “not available at this time check back later”. Incredibly inconvenient when my card has been locked due to a suspected fraudulent charge thy WAS in fact me. No way to unlock until customer service opens.
Very Responsive
UniBank in Uxbridge has been my bank for over 20 years. Every single interaction, when in the bank, or on the phone has always been a positive experience. They are always on top of any fraud, and they do free notary services. We also have a car loan with them. They are excellent at customer service in the bank or on the phone.

…was not an option. Decent front end, backend fails regularly over multiple years — nearly a decade.

At age 91 this is definitely my life back only 1/4 of a mile from my house. Best movie I ever made. Thank you for your services would never be enough as a Korean and Vietnam veteran. I thank you for your service services. I got your back.

Unibank is what every bank should be. Everyone I deal with at Unibank shows me that they care. If all banks operated with the ethical standards and care for their clients and the communities they serve that Unibank practices, our country and the whole world would be a better place.

Unbelievable
Doesn’t matter if I’ve been backing with them for five or 50 years, literally nothing has changed with their app. I still cannot view my full account number and no matter what I try. It is incredibly frustrating and customer service is typically incompetent to help. Do better, I trust you fools with my money.
