bug aplikacji

Aplikacja jest zbugowana na iPhone SE. Podczas rejestracji nie da się przejść weryfikacji tożsamości przez selfie i dowód osobisty, ponieważ nie można zaznaczyć checkboxa z wymaganymi zgodami. Przez to nie da się dokończyć rejestracji.

it was good in the past

very bad experience after unicredit bought you. before everything was seemless. why did you sell?? you just lost a customer

I cannot believe how bad this bank is. The app os great and the people are all very nice and polite. The problem is how services are delivered. Everything takes forever, i never received my debit card (thank goodness for applepay support) and getting in touch with anybody is like pulling teeth.

Recommended for people who do very little banking and just need to deposit money somewhere. Otherwise absolutely terrible.

Worst bank

They have blocked my online access after holding on to my funds for days. I have money in my account and going on 3 weeks without any follow up on how to get my money back.

Stole my money!!!

This bank stole my money. Phone number that is provided is not working, no reply to emails. Chat in their mobile app is not working. Send money to another bank account. Money never arrived or bounce back. All details are correct. This bank just stole my money and there is no way of contacting them.

Brak możliwości założenia konta

Kiedyś założyłem konto ale nie używałem i zamknąłem. Teraz pomyślałem, przyda się i już nie mogę otworzyć ponownie. Bank odmawia, bo kiedyś zrezygnowałem z ich usług.

Very easy and simple to use the functions ,easy money transfer from an other country,so many infos about the account and better then the Swiss Banks.

I live in Poland, but I don’t speak polish and the app is only available in polish. Can you please change that and add English language!

App is very good. The support behind it is not.

This is a good app. The quick access to chat support staff who are usually able to address basic needs is also very convenient.

However, other simple tasks (such as changing a phone number) can take WEEKS. Transferring money from one account to another can sometimes take WEEKS. No phone support is available and NO phone numbers are listed or available for any branches. Email support is almost completely useless.

Hey Aion - there is no point in having a good app if it’s backed by criminally slow and incompetent service and a dedication to avoiding contact with customers at all costs.

Total disaster 😡

I could not login and thus have no access to the chat. My account is now blocked and I have no way to sort it out.

A great app

I banked with AION for year. Great App, very intuitive and easy it use.

No way to open an account

It says download the app and register. But there is no registration in the app. Just the request for the invite code??!!

Terrible app😡

Since the switch over from Monte Paschi, nothing has worked. I still don’t have a debit card after several requests submitted through the app. Customer service is courteous and friendly, however there are no results. One would think a bank would know how to do business as a bank. I’ve never experienced this level of incompetence.

Worst Bank Ever

How can you force someone to use your App, when your app does not work and keeps crashing?
Worst bank I have ever seen. Would take my money out immediately.

No way to make this any worse...

This bank and this app are a terrible joke. I don’t know how you could provide a poorer quality product or lower threshold of customer service. Simply awful... absolutely awful.
