Terrible Update on Mobile App
Perhaps,unity bank does not pay attention to the mobile app or the developers are not updating the app cause it’s terrible when trying to login and it keeps showing” unable to connect” for two days now.

Poor and Lethargic Customer Service
My limit was said to have been increased to a 100,000 but the app kept showing 30,000. Even at that, I could barely send 10,000. I was told by the We_Care team that the app was undergoing maintenance as at November 11, 2025 and as at December 23, 2025, I still get the same message when I inquire on the status of the issue.

How can you provide a bank app that one can’t trust when u are in need. For the past three days now I can’t make transactions bank app daily limit from N250,000.00 to zero over a night
