There’s a huge lag between purchases and purchase dates and when my money is available and when it’s not. It lets me think I have money when I don’t, just cause purchases haven’t gone through. So I think the live transfer display needs to be more accurate and accounting needs to be faster.

Great for UNL
This app is great for UNL students, especially with the sign-up bonus! The savings accounts are lacking quite a bit after graduation, but I really like their current 12-month promotional “Money Market Account” that has an interest rate of 3.45%, which is the highest for non-CD accounts.
I’ll likely be looking elsewhere for a long-term high-yield savings account, but otherwise this bank is solid for college.

Slow
Extremely slow when loading transactions or account balances.
App Issues
The app is alright for checking balances and transferring money, but other functions there seems to be a major hiccup. Whenever I try to use the Zelle function, the page rarely populates. This happens on both mobile and desktop. I moved around to different MiFis and tried a hardline connection to try and eliminate network issues, but I can rarely get the Zelle page to populate; it just displays a blank page. Also I keep reading on the QR function to find other Zelle users and I’m not seeing anywhere to utilize those codes. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Zelle
Zelle app has lot of problems, app crashes when we open directly, when we tried a payment it went on hold and asked to contact customer support but unable to reach customer support. Totally disappointed
