Cancellation and extra fees
Order cancellation should be added as an option. It’s not fair that customers are required to pay multiple extra charges, including service fees and the newly introduced water fee. There seems to be a lot of creativity when it comes to adding new fees and increasing revenue, but very little effort put into improving the customer experience or creating value for customers.
Customer feedback does not appear to be listened to, and there is a noticeable lack of improvement despite ongoing concerns. Overall, the experience feels increasingly focused on charging more rather than delivering better service

Variety
I use to enjoy buying everything from here while I was in JVC. When I moved to mirdif, the selections and variety have been really bad. You need to really get the same items to this branch.

First time in union coop alnhda
I was in union coop al nahda first time,cashiers from counter 3&4 Filipina and indian,and other staff wearing talabat and the bucher indian guy wearing white they are very helpful and kind staff,thank you so much guys,God blessed you always.
Does Not Work Anymore
This app used to work somewhat fine. But recently, it has just stopped working entirely. I placed an order one night and was surprised to find that because the app was not able to find my user, my order was not even logged. I get that this regional crisis has probably put more strain on the app, but that’s what a good app should be able to handle. Will need to switch to a different supermarket now.

Excellent application. Union Coop app is very easy to use, well organized, and makes shopping very convenient. I can quickly find all the items I need, check offers, and complete my order without any problems. It really saves time and effort. Highly recommended

Picker staff
Many times i used to order and i had very unhappy and disappointed experienced that they delivered damaged papaya and unfresh vegetables. most of the time the silicon branch has no promotion items enough . The delivery 🚚 staff that I encountered are entitled and rude.!
Worst app to order from
Very difficult to navigate through it keeps on loading every time. When we order they call us and say things not available why did they add products if the my are not available?

Update broke the app
Your update on April 27, 2025 has broken the app. Not only has it logged me out completely, there doesn’t seem to be a login , and it is impossible to re-add an address for delivery purposes.
Selling Starbucks, not conscience friendly

Better to buy from coop through instashop
Their items, quality, variety and prices are amazing but the app and the non existant customer service can ruin the experience , first off there is no option on the app to cancel the order, incase of wrong scheduled or express you cannot cancel the order, customer service never pick up , but it’s a competition between carrefour and coop worst customer service , through phones and emails , so either you buy physically from their shops or house need instashop as a filter third party to make sure the order and the delivery goes on time

The service is very bad, if an order , cancel the order without asking the customer, if you want to get that one order, you have to order again.
Inaccurate order late delivery
Every single online order i make through the application is delayed and items comes up wrong
Clearly they are not ready to plan the delivery schedule and items. I once had to pick up the order 2 hours after scheduled delivery time although i paid for delivery. Delivery charges were never refunded

Missing item
On the 4th of April I ordered an item worth 89 dirhams, they charged my debit card but I never received it. I sent them two emails and nobody responded. I don’t think I will use this app again!!
Not recommended
Unfortunately this is the worst online app , when you order 10 items you may receive only 5 as there is no link between available stock in store and app. Also the highest delivery charge compared with carrefour and talabat , will delete and never use it again
Worst Delivery Timing
The worst delivery timing in any application!! Not late by minutes, no by hours and they don't even apologies about it. Literally orders being delivered at 12 am while am sleeping, on a school night!!! If u cant deliver on time don't let me chose the timing! If it wasn't for the availability and the range of products + pricing i would never order again! Stick to the timing slots or give me the real time availability for your deliveries. I have to stay at home the whole day just waiting for a delivery thats hours late.

Online shopping experience
Disappointed with online shopping Union coop as it's regularly sending expired or with almost nearby expiry dates products. Removing the expired stock through online delivery is cheating customers. Even though put the remarks and complaints the staffs calls back just to apologize and that’s it. Not felt valued as our time and efforts gets wasted.
