Outstanding Resource!
Union Reach is proving to be an outstanding app for communicating with our members. Especially during COVID-19 and related layoffs. Very easy to update everyone during a difficult time. Customer support has been excellent. The app seems to be constantly evolving as new features are being added. With the pending admin features and member feedback upgrade, Union Reach is very close to checking all the boxes for what I could ask out of this app.

Can’t sign up
Filled our required information. Received a an OTP, I entered it and a message came up the OTP was not recognized. Tried several times, same message. I read the complaints they are all the same. You would think the app would have fixed the problem by now.
Unable to LogIn
I tried login in numerous times for several hours now and still unable to log in. Please fix this.
Doesn’t work
App keeps asking me to update before opening. But there’s no update. I tried deleting the app and redone loading to get update. Still didn't work.

Doesnt work and sells your info
This app refuses to launch. Its getting different errors. Mosg common is no internet connection. Which i have a strong working signal. Already has to delete and re install. This app also sells your info as soon as it has your email. I started getting spam on an un-used email within a few hours after signing up.

Won’t open after reinstalled
It leads you to a sign up page then informs you the phone number is already in use. No kidding By Me! I had to reinstall due to phone issues. I have the union code but does me no good if I can’t get past a signup screen an no I don’t have another number. Please fix this. This is a critical time.
Doesn’t work
There is no way in the app to sign in. I had to delete the app completely after getting a notification for an update today because the app would not open and would instead flash on the screen before closing. Upon downloading the app again I cannot sign-in. There is an option to sign up but upon entering my information the app tells me my number is in use already and gives me no options. There is no way for me to submit this to tech support so here we are.

Great app
This is an excellent app so far but could use some improvements. The thing I've always liked about unions-america.com is that they listened to their customers and made improvements. I've been told by August their are going to be many new features that will make this app even better.
Lacking in functionality
Just signed up and got email with code, username and password. First they don't have our union listed, can't log in from site to setup for members,, and finally not sure about it as it's not a secure website so concerned about hacking down the road.

This could be a very good app but it is lacking in a lot of areas.
1st thing is there needs to be a message board/texting area so that you can chat back and forth with your members.
2nd trying to upload documents is horrible. Why would you only allow HTML?
3rd you have to be on the website to send out anything. Make it available on the app.
4th you have no idea if anyone has read the messages.
Make some changes and I will rate it better.
