Old credit cards which are not being used are still reflecting in the application which makes the user inconvenient and confused .
Union rewards
It seems you do not want us to avail rewards which in turn cost you dearly. That is why you have developed such an app so that nobody can login.
Union Rewardz points debited but order not placed
I was trying to redeem my rewardz points and purchase an iron. But no order got placed yet points got debited to zero now. And there is no option available to raise a complaint also. Kindly resolve the same

Malicious Intentions
I have noticed that earlier I used to redeem the amount of Rs 100/- in DTH so you changed the limit to 150/- then to 200/- and now I have noticed that you don’t let the balance to reach Rs 200/-. This is pure cheating in the name of rewards. I am going to lodge complaint to the higher Govt authorities. Thanks. Anil Barve

Cannot utilize points for card payment
There is one provision in your app to utilize the points for credit card payment. I tried it multiple times but it is not happening.
Points Not Updating
Even after so many transactions, points are not updating after April 2024. No option in the app to contact or raise any complaint.

Your app is not allowing to sign in. Saying user name already exists and when clicking on forgot user id the page is disappearing

I was trying to login from last 1 yr in this application but not working properly, such a shame when we want our rides this banks give us excuses. When they have there issues with us they don’t want excuses.
