Step down in sophistication and capabilities of this bank app compared to my previous bank. Fewer features. Accounts not consolidated. Checking acct statements list checks, deposits, electronic transfers all separate rather then chronological. Very disjointed. Big disappointment.

Best bank to deal with. Friendly service and always polite and helpful.
Autopay
I had over $10,000 leave my account in old auto payments. The full auto pay menu isn’t available on mobile app. So I couldn’t see that these were scheduled from 10 years prior. I still don’t have the money back on a closed mortgage!

The new app is horrible! It takes way too long to do simple things as before the change. It is no longer a streamlined app that is easy to use but now clunky and ugly! Whoever thought someone’s feet in rugged boots was something anyone wants to see multiple times a day should be fired! I am glad I changed to PayPal for my every day banking needs.

Secure, user-friendly , easy to read and makes banking quick and no-stress.
Best System Ever
I’ve been using Mobil banking since December of 2007. It has only gotten better and better and I am full of Gratitude and love for the ease of using this system !
