The app is waste
The sarees of unique threads are awesome. The delivery is also fast. I have ordered sarees using instagram link and when i am trying to place order from the app, i am not allowed to log in and i am not able to place the order. The app is just useless.
App damages your phone
I downloaded the app on my iPhone 14 and when i tried opening it it crashed my phone and had to hard reset my phone after that.
About order
I have ordered a saree on 31 jan but i have not received any update or anyything from their side and i tried to call them multiple times nobody picks up the call,koi response nahi hai inki side se,thank God maine COD kia tha,lekin fir bhi approx 200 prepay kiye the maine beru disappointed

I had a terrible experience with the UT Sarees app. They don't respond on time, and it's been 12-15 days since I placed my order, but they haven't updated me about anything. Initially, they used to reply to my messages, but now they're not even responding. My experience is very bad. I'd give them a 0-star rating for now, but if I receive my saree in the future, I'll update my review. Until then, I would advise against shopping from here. Please don't shop from this app."

They are big fraud, I have received damaged and very low quality product, after 100 messages and request his team response with its not damaged keep it will give 100 rs cashback, no return and refund even for exchange they wont reply.
Do not invest your money, If you order from instagram they will later block you if you comment them on their. As they blocked me lol… I request you do not buy from them if you wanna save your money dont … Biggggg no from me. This is a fake page. Everything related to this account is fake, the contact numbers given are unreachable or not recharged, they don’t respond on e-mails as well on your query.
Have ordered 2 sarees but didn’t receive any order confirmation. Trying to reach them for the last 2 days. Today from their page got whatsapp Business number, reached out where the person said that it will be delivered tonight and delivery agent will connect with you.
Sometime later got a call wherein the agent is stating that ‘we have lost your tracking ID, please pay us 1900 and we will delivery the parcel in your address else it will be on hold. Wherein it was said that the shipment is free. Later, the person with whom I was in touch on whatsapp, he said that don’t give a single rupee, I will update you! Later, he called and said that the delivery agent lost your address, pay 1900 and we will refund it in 2 minutes!
It would have been further scam from these people and may take further actions for scamming where you could have lost all your money.
