Game changer

This app has been a game changer for me. It is an all-inclusive place to track my migraines, get good solid information and learn how to adequately advocate for myself. I’m so impressed with and appreciative of the maker of this app. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Sign away all your data rights

The privacy permissions this app requires are truly insane. And to find out what they will do with all your most sensitive, protected data you have to look under a different policy, the “Notice of Privacy Practices,” not the actual privacy policy. By using the app you not only give permission to train their AI, but you also consent to sharing your protected health data with institutions that monitor how well you’re complying with Medicare, Medicaid, and workers comp, companies that do organ banking, research, and public health authorities. Also, they can disclose all data to “specialized government functions, such as military and veterans’ activities, national security and intelligence activities, and protective services.” Basically they can share with any institution monitoring you for any reason. Very unsafe. I wish I could try the app, looks cool, but it appears to just be data farming.

Free and useful

I downloaded this on a whim and am surprised how attentive this app is. If it can, it has integrated it, and none of it is locked behind a paywall. It uses my Apple Watch data, imported test results from my drs appointments and has a ai that easily logs symptoms. Considering this is new still, I can’t wait to see what else is added in the future.

Two birds one app

I got this app because going to the doctors I can never answer the questions of how often I get them or what happens during them because I didn’t want to journal it now it’s super easy to keep track of everything that goes on during each migraine the part I love about this app is the medication reminder. I have always been terrible at taking medication and this app has kept me consistent with logging when I take my meds and which days I have taken it.
I absolutely love this app!

This app is just for you if you are living with chronic pain!

I’ve been using UniqueHuman for a little while now and it’s honestly been so helpful with migraines. It’s perfect to help manage it better especially between doctor appointments. It helps me stay on top of things even on my busiest days.

The little info snippets are genuinely useful — I’ve learned so much just from reading them. It’s also helped me pay attention to my lifestyle and habits in a way I never did before. And can I just say the app is beautiful? The colors are so calming, which matters more than you’d think when you’re opening it mid-migraine.

So glad something like this exists. If you are someone struggling and living with chronic pain, highly recommend giving it a shot!
