Painfully slow to load the app
It’s being incredibly slow to load anything but useful for talking to roommates for the first time
Nothing will load
The flat chat won’t load the community chat won’t load and can’t do anything on the app at all

I am unable to check out on the app as there is no option to check out on the app.
No access!
Unable to log in. It only says that I have to confirm my booking on the website, which I have already done, yet it still doesn’t let me log in.
Good app
I prefer this app more than the old except that it does not notify you if a parcel is ready to be collected like the previous app

App needs to be fixed
I’ve downloaded the app and all I can see is a grey blank screen. I unable to view the community chat.
Unable to check in
I downloaded the app and all that shows is a grey blank screen. I unable to view the community chat. The only page that is working is the chat for my flat. I’ve deleted the app several times and re downloaded it but still nothing.
Best app ever
This updated app is more easier to navigate because you don’t have to wait ages for the chat to pop up and this new app lets you talk to your community such as pier quays

great app, but please make it so that your preferred name is the one that appears in chat rooms, or make the name editable 🙏
