Log in with your registered email and password, or activate your account via the app if you didn’t book via our website, to access easy living: • Check-in made simple: Choose your preferred arrival day and time for a fast, easy check-in and see what’s included in your accommodation so you can pack smart. • Get your property lowdown: Chat with your neighbours and stay up-to-date with the latest events and alerts from your property team. • Future flatmates chat: Get to know your flatmates before you check-in. • Get it fixed: Use the app to tell us if something needs fixing. Submit a request and we’ll send status updates to keep you in the loop. • No key? No drama: Don’t panic if you get locked out. Alert us via the app and we’ll be right with you. • Noise control: No need to worry about noise.
