Speed is slow
The app is always loading very slowly! Even when trying to get into your account. The new update didn’t help at all!
Day 1 flaws
Attempt 1 at logging in: Tried setting up Face ID, allowed me to change my password, got into my Access United account, no bank accounts visible.
Attempt 2: Tried logging in with Face ID, which told me I would have to change my password again, so I logged in with typed credentials. Got into my Access United account, showed my bank accounts. Tapped checking account to see details, and it got stuck loading. Force closed the app. Got an email I used an incorrect password, despite having just changed it to what I had entered.
Attempt 3: Changed my password *again*, this time using “Forgot Password?” link. Got into my Access United account, displayed bank accounts, got stuck on loading screen again… Force closed the app and came here.

Constantly down or lies about passwords being incorrect
This is the worst app I ever used you can’t even put your password in without this stupid app saying it’s incorrect even though it’s correct I’ve noticed this happens when the app is down or in maintenance I can not explain how this app took me on a journey to reset a password! Even though it’s the bank’s fault it’s ridiculous whoever coded this app really should put a notification in saying the app is down because sometimes when the app is down it doesn’t tell you which is sad.

Mobile banking
I have loved this app and bank! Today I am trying to use mobile banking to deposit a check and it won’t allow me to take a picture with the camera. Is there anything going on behind the scenes here?
Slow & clunky
I can count on both hands the time the mobile deposit has actually worked. Most of the time it doesn’t open. I have a new model phone and keep up the their updates.
Transfer
My “transfer money” is gone from my mobile app. How can I get this back so I can transfer money from my account to my account to another account (He has an account at the same bank, this one)

Many issues with this app but something as simple as trying to signup for estatements takes you to a page that never loads shouldn’t be that difficult. The app is frequently down, there is no way to make principle only payments, it is hard to see account balances on lines of credit and loan, and the UI looks like a windows 95 start program.

So wrong
Biggest Misti ever made was having them as my bank.but after this month I will be switching and I do not recommend them.because I brought a soda for 2.34 and they charge me $33 dollars for that fee of over draft they know they ripping people off doing this

I use the mobile app multiple times a day to pay bills, transfer funds for my daughters and send money to friends. Love it!
Great app!
New features like Send Money and mobile deposits with multiple checks really helps me. Signing up for text alerts has also been great.

App is not reliable. A few versions ago it was fine no problems. The last two years gets 1 star. Fix it

1. No way to identify accounts by number/ not even last 4 digits.
2. Most of the time I can’t even get logged in without changing all of my security info - yet again. Ever hear of this new 2FA?
3. No access to statements and limited history.
4. Looks like someone who worked there had his cousin’s friend who once took a developer course design this.
This is unprofessional.
